    I believe the sign is just place there if ever someone is really interested to know on how the flow of the traffic is in Dumaguete. They could stop to check it out. Not exactly when your driving and is informing driving people on the traffic flow. Of kors you cant see it or look at it while driving. That wud be disastrous.. hehe.. :D Like all streets, corners, crossings, etc. have sign posts and a traffic enforcer to accomodate us driving folks of dumaguete. On the funny side of it, if ever the purpose of the sign was to inform dumaguete newbie drivers on the traffic flow of the city, now that wud be crazy.. Lol :D

    :( Bin Driving around Dgte a long time and STILL get it wrong. My Wife just laughs at me as I say OH! there are 2 of those shops then! 3 If I have a Bad day :o
