I am new here and want to know how to deal with pinays, they seem great but when you get to know them there is always some drama, what is up with the silent treatment? my god days and days go bye and I just wait for a word. Ha, anyway I found a great place to eat called Sandpiper, does anyone know a decent house to rent for not a fortune? so weird the way they advertise places to rent, just signs stuck on power poles. Is there a good chinise food place here? what the hell is up with the bread here? don't they have a bakery that has something that resembles real bread? a loaf of wheat bread would be cool. all for now

Chow King is OK, but I wouldn't call it "good".

5) Gardenia wheat bread is good and is available in the grocery stores at Robinson's Mall, Lee Plaza, and Hypermart.

Welcome what. I think you are going to get some not so serious replies about your relationship problem. I can only say that without communication, there is no relationship and it may be too late. Feelings can set like concrete. One of the best ways I know to get a woman talking is to ask her opinion. She will have one. After getting her opinon on several things, you may be able to steer the conversation to what is wrong. It's free advice,and worth exactly what you paid for it. Robert K

silent girls? silent pinays? that means they are not interested in you! or not liking what you say or they simply are protesting. they say silence means yes but silence in pinays could also mean 'NO'

Welcome to DI hope your stay is Instructive, From your little opening here, you do not say where you are from, all I can say Is Welcome to the PI and Dumaguete, I am sure in the end you will come to Never really Understand them at all, just do as we do, Go with the Flow. If you are going to marry your girl, then it sounds as if your really going to like and enjoy the procedures and Paper Work needed :D Best of luck my friend, you will need it!

Patience is a Virtue and PI Bureaucracy will test it to the end BUT all worth it in the end.
