Again, Hi! I am from Cebu. I just came here in dumaguete since last month.
Now I am planning to put up a business here, actually started to do some requirements, I was just wondering if anyone of you here knows where these offices are located:

City Treasurers Office –
Department of Trade and Industry –
Bureau of Internal Revenue –
City Planning and Development Office –
Environment and Natural Resources Office –
Phil Health –

I will give you one address of the DTI which I had to verify on the internet via Googling to e.g. "DTI Dumaguete":
2nd floor Uymatiao Building San Jose street.
I have been there some times but did not know the exact address name so I hope this is correct what they mention on internet.
Please look via Google to the others you need.
Type in "dumaguete BIR" and you will find their address. And so on.
This is the best I can do to help you because there will be more to look for for you.
