Are there really many call centres in Dgte? just lately we have had a few Posts about people wanting to Open/Start one. Josephen! I do agree with your advice and Wonder as you do, what is the attraction.

I talked to over a dozen people in Dgte during my last extended visit. I couldn't find ONE who was interested in earning up to P80T a month... I got lots of weird excuses, but no follow up texts or phone calls.

When it comes to "pay" for doing "work"..

"Up to 80K a month" is completely different than 80K a month.

 

The attractions of opening a call center in Dgte are primarily: 5 universities, English language speakers, low labor rates. My former outsourcing employer has 10,000 employees in the PI, not sure how you could run a profitable business if paying p80K monthly to your employees unless it is for a management staff with sufficient headcount at much lower rates underneath? I heard (not verified) that the avg pay in Dgte is in the p180-p200 daily range.

 

Call Centres !

Considering how many times we have had posts from people wanting to Start a Call Centre, I am amazed at the lack of input to this issue from any of them. My Nephew has just shown me his G/F salary slip. 4750p
for the month of September. I calculate that at 219p per day, Seems Pat's figures are a little more believeable. I mentioned the 80T to her and she asked Where is this company? Ask for an application form. To add a little to another Thread, she is an SU Graduate in Nursing and this is all she could get for work.:(
