I have to weigh in in support of Jack. In my less-than-humble opinion, Jack has always been extremely helpful and and offered solid advice and consultation, which I understand is one of the purposes and benefits of a forum. The forum now has a interesting and helpful repository of information. Perhaps a refresher thread from the Powers That Be discussing the SEARCH function and some examples would help new members and others that haven't used the capability to take advantage. As far as getting pissed off if someone dings you red blindly, perhaps sending a private message would be better tact and take it off line and have a private discussion. Personally, I could care less if I get the red ribbon.

Jack, my suggestion to send a private msg and take it off line is directed at the person who red flagged, not at you.

 

well, if members neither read the bold white words, nor the sticky posts with explanations and announcements, we could start a million explanation threads and they would not read it either.
