 My PC and connection are working Fine, I am having a problem with a Site I use fairly regularly, it is a Fantasy Football League that I am involved with, The home page opens in 2/3 seconds but when I try and go to another page, ANY page, it will not open or takes like forever. I have been to Internet options and there seems to be no problem, my tray tells me that nothing is being blocked. Does anyone one have any ideas how I can solve this problem?

While I cannot offer a solution, I offer my sympathies! I, too, am in a Fantasy Football league, and it would be horrible if I could not get on there and update my roster or drop/sign free agents.

I hope someone can help you soon!!!

This may help, but without seeing what YOUR seeing it can be difficult to help as I might only have partial details. You say you were in internet options...but what did you do or didnt do?

    Suggestion :
    Back up your favorites
Assuming your using Win XP, go to C: drive, docs & Settings, User (eg, JackP) and you will see your favorites there. Just CPOY this and PASTE it into the MY DOCS folder.

Open Internet Explore (I am assuming your suing this?) and go to TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS, select the ADVANCED tab and then select RESTORE DEFAULTS and then RESET options. Close Internet Explorer and re-open.

Your home page may be reset and if your favorites are no longer there, just copy the FAVORITES folder you put into the MY DOCS folder back to its original place.

Hope it helps, otherwise I can REMOTE IN to your PC if you authorise it.

You didn't say what browser you're using but I would try Google Chrome, especially with the slow connections there. I switched from IE and it's much faster, much less overhead.

The previous post I made on this contained a link to the free anti-spyware product I use and was pending moderator approval because I'm new (I guess) so I'll post w/o the link or even mention of the product. I would do a scan for spyware and use another browser then IE, if you aren't already.

    Sorted!

 Mike! thank's, The Mcafee was working fine and showed no problems, I changed to an alternative browser and this has done the trick. Thank you.
