I tell you a tric: if you have to go to the right side, then follow the direction which your thumb on your left hand is pointing to :D.

if I look at my left hand while playing guitar or begging for money in front of Lee Plaza, my LEFT thumb definitely points to the left .... so not sure if I wanna ask you for directions... hehe

anyway, for the OP... whenever you play, put it on DI here... I actually think I might have seen you in Hayahay (at least if it was a friday)

Hi I'm not there in the PH yet but I play as well. Have a little studio here in the house. If you want to take a listen check out SoundClick artist: Tom Riggs - Smooth Jazz, Blues and Latin Groves with a spiritual component. All the tunes are original and have a spiritual slant to them. I also have several more blues/rock tunes but they are not on line at the moment.


I'm looking forward to getting a chance to hear the local musicians and perhaps we can get together for a jam sometime once I get relocated.

 

I think the guy should make it plain that the "free" playing is a one time only or limited number of sessions so they start to get paid eventually. What I don't understand is why the establishment would be supplying the instruments. "...as long as the place has a decent drum sent, a guitar amp, bass amp, and a microphone, that's all right with us!"

Bands have their own stuff and most musicians don't like others to use their equipment.
