    thanks for the tip !! this place looks like a real gem and i had no idea of it's existance. seems priced more reasonably than where i have been staying in DUM..how do you get there?? ferry from sibulan or what ....later JL

    Pricey

    I dont mean to be a naysayer but , it seems a little pricey to me . Dont get me wrong , it looks very nice . I have just seen the Philippines get more and more expensive by the month it seems . Oh well I guess greed hits everywhere in the world . Im just happy that I have my house and ocean property already there in Dumaguete . I cant even imagine how much things will cost in about 5 years or so .
