No, I am British, but I don't think that makes any difference. Obviously my contact and her relatives had a cut of the money I paid, but I wasn't bothered about that, I just wanted a visa I didn't have to keep renewing at cost.

No, I got mine in Manila.

 

Got mine in 1998, had to show $20,000 Bank Certificate (cost me P200.00 to get that), P 2,000.00 to the helper took care of all the "requirements" including the Stool Check (He had a funny look on his face when he got back from that) and the best time is just before an outgoing Government. Cost P 32,000.00 facilitation, total time, 5 days. Brilliant.

how are you . i tried to get that i card for forginers last sept. and went to the immigration . then i ment the immigration officer and gave me alot of requirment and said it takes long time , but he said i i want it in 3 days i need to pay 15000 php . i cant imagine how much he would tell me if i asked permint visa im sure it be alot more . i pay close to 100$ here in the philppines embassy in saudi arabia for 3 months visa entry. is it ok if you ask your contact about how much is it for saudi citizen to get permminate visa?
