My wife and i ate at Anabella Jeans last night next to Shakeys Pizza . I had the chicken curry and my wife had the chicken cordon blue. It was far above the usual food you get around town. For P165 it was very good. Two weeks ago i had one of there hamburgers and for P110 it was the best i have had in the Philippines. The owner lived in the states for 30 years and tries to do his best to bring us good food. I know we all have different taste but i think it is worth a try.

    Very friendly owner also

Any other suggestions on good food would be helpful. I am a bit picky about my food. Grew up around Chicago where bad food is not tolerated.

Any one know of a place for good pizza?

    Just my opinion

    Pizza?

 Seems this pizza thing will never go away, With the amount of posts we have had lately, it seems that pizza has taken over from hamburgers as a favorite food!
MO thanks for the post on AJ's, we keep saying we will try it but never seem to get around to it. Maybe over this weekend. Pizza is Pizza to me, I am guided by our monster so I just eat, To me, while it is not salubrious surroundings, Alex Pizzeria at Robinson's is quite good, (last time I said this I was shot from afar  Some people just don't like Cardboard as they put it:p) There are quite a few posts on pizza of late so a little hunting through them will tell a tale or two. Happy eating.

I'm sure, with the proper credit card, quite a few would fit in a large balikbayan box! :D

Everybody his/her piece of a pie, but calling pizza FOOD..??!! It fills up your stomach and take away the emptiness in your belly. So many heads, so many opinions. If one really enjoys a hamburger or pizza, so let it be. Personally I am looking for other type of food. So the owner(s) of a pizza shop can consider themself lucky there are also other customers than me, otherwise he would be bankrupt in a flash.

I agree with your writing, and Pizza has nothing to do with good food...it is junkfood for all the lazybutts, often overweight and not in good health. People who say they like Alex Pizza at Robinson's, have no clue what the meaning of good food is. It is like eating pressed together leftovers.

    Cheers,
