Hello all....I'm coming to Dumagueta Monday for a few days to check things out. I'm hoping to find a place to settle down with my Philipina wife and soon to be born baby boy... We live in manila now but I want to get out and find a house. I've heard great things about your town...schools...diving...housing prices.... Any input would be great...I am looking for a place (hotel)to stay in town...any recommendations? I am from the island of Oahu in Hawaii...still have a business there....travel back and forth....Aloha! Jim

You will find no end of help here on DI, just Book 1 or 2 days on line so you can see for yourself whats on offer, I have not stayed there but the Hotel Nicanor seems to be everyone's advice just at this time.
