⌛ Property along Okoy River prices

I am interested if anyone knows a ballpark figure on property values along the Okoy River from above (up the road) the Tierra Alta subdivision to the spillway and then also from the spillway to Red Rock Valley? Anyone have any ideas? Unlike the rest of the area I have been cruising around the last few years, I did not see even one "lot for sale" sign along the way when we went up this weekend.

150 to 200 sq/mtr. should be about the average unless the property is "Overlooking"

You know, I have heard there are live catfish in that rivewr.
Anybody know if this is true?
If so, I would be interested in buying a lot in that area as well.
I grew up by the Mississippi River ("Old Muddy") and sort of miss it.
