Being an out of towner I thought I would try the KRI..I got there around 7pm Saturday getting the only table open..I tryed the soup of the day being Tamerind base with shrimp and also having a veggy rice dish..Both were very good. The owner came by me 3 times asking how the food was and gave me his card to his other establishment called LIKHA..Service was good also..
I too can vouch for KRI (Although I haven't the foggiest idea how it's pronounced. K - R - I, like KFC or kree or krai?) Anyway, my wife and I often eat there - delicious food, and very nice staff I think. Once we got there and brought a friend with us, and there weren't any available tables. We said we weren't in a any hurry, and would just wait outside. The owner quickly arranged for some chairs for us, and brought us all a round on the house. Now how's that for service!
I think the owner has been trained in a first world country..He also said he will be open for breakfast serving Huevos Rancheros....Im not affiliated with this restaurant......
