Taxis are available but will cost quite a bit to go to La Libertad as it is a few hours north of the city...Much better to travel on an a/c bus from Ceres terminal..Miguel

You can take a Ceres bus just outside the terminal of the airport, 150 m from the terminal.
Ceres to La libertad, Guihulngan or San Carlos is OK,also Bacolod via San Carlos.
You can read the destination on the bus (Ceres is yellow bus) and there is aircon or non-aircon, also on display on the frontwindow of the bus.
Go North, means just outside the airport turn right.
For a distance of 80 km, the price will be less than 100 pesos.Non aircon 20 pesos cheaper.
There should be a bus at least every 10 minutes.
The trip may take 2 hours mainly due to roadworks

Two hours or less depending on traffic and road works, cost... depends on your negotiating skills, maybe 1500 pesos.

I here on the news in the us they are looking for female bus drivers in ph. They say they are more likely not to be as agresive as men.the chance of not geting a crazy driver is pretty slim.Dont worry to much about the money changer on the bus they always seem to remember every penny whether you owe them or they owe you before you get off!

They may remember fine, but numerous times we have had to ask them for our change before getting off.
