⌛ out door thermometer

where can i buy one? I thought i saw one somewhere and searched lee plaza and even handyman hardware at robinsons,anywhere outside of the dept. stores is like a needle in a hay stack search...I will saerch I-net for if I have to mail order one..my one and only thermometer from USA Wal-mart cheap like only few dollars,,anyway its broken and I wish i had another..I found clinical thermometer but thats not good for ambient outdoor temperature measuring...I want to know how hot it is out side before I go out in any heat stroke hike...Important to me..Thanks...

 

Tunji, I saw a nice one at Handyman Hardware that also had a barometer and a relative humidity. Didn't notice the price.
Sorry, but I work on a "need to know" basis. I don't wear a watch because I don't care what time it is. It is only daytime or night time to me. I don't have a thermometer because the temp is what it is. The only thing I carry is my iPhone and that tells me much more than I need to know.
Try a large Handyman.

TO, have a look in city hardware, they have some really good things in there.

 

I walked all the isles of handyman at robinsons and no luck and asked attendants who said no luck..I will go there another try on rons cue,,City hardware is where? i guess I go looking..Thanks..

I too had much trouble getting thermometers. Dozens of store clerks referred me to baby departments; apparently their only experiences with thermometers was for assessing babys' health! Remembering outdoor municipal thermometer sightings in Cebu, I was optimistic about shopping in that metropolis; but I failed to find any.

So it seems that there is only the one store where I finally found outdoor thermometer, and it is not in Cebu but in Dumaguete.

Look in Matiao Trading at the junction of two walls near the information desk which is near the cashiers. P35 if I remember correctly.

 

I had given up;i walked til it hurt and sent word to bacolod to friend to check ACE hardware (an american fanchise at the mall there){how did ace hardware make it here before wal mart or have I just not found walmart yet?} Thanks man and I will be so happy if they have one there and hope I can find the place..:D

 

Lucky for me i had my neighbors cousin coming from hawaii to dumaguete airport then off to cebu island near sumilon just off dumaguete shores...He brought me 2 cheap thermometers from Wal-mart in hawaii and wouldn't take my money in repay and then he handed me free hawaiian made chocolate macadamia nut....I guess i get a chance to help him in the future?
