⌛ Dgte Immigration Office - Update (Good)

I have heard + and - about the Dgte Immigration Office. Today I had to renew my visa but I didn't have last year's receipt of payment, even though I had the stamp on my pp and icard. Instead of making me go out to Bacong, try and find it, and return, they pleasantly asked me to wait while they called the head office to verify my payment. Once verified, the process was completed.

One 2X2 passport picture type picture
Receipt of last payment.

Fti, around 3pm is a good time to go there, I was the only one left in there.

 

Thank You for this update Pat, Some time ago, another member, I can't remember who it was, gave, similar information, he was told that it was a load of B...........s, (Bull sh*t even) I went after the post was done and to be sure, it was as easy as that, I went at 2pm, 7 in front but when I left, there were only 2 others waiting, I Hope the Non-Believers here and there were a few, will listen and not make stupid comments when, as we see here, it is a fact. May be we can ask if it would be possible to have a section on BOI procedures, costings ect.

PATO, where is the Immigration Office in Dumaguete and just to add another Dumb question, where is the closes DFA? (I presume Cebu??)
