With safe, strict rules - have you considered the Silliman dormitories?

If you really want strict rules, try the dormitory of St. Paul University which is run by nuns. I remember they used to accept students from other schools provided you abide by their strict rules and regulations.

If you consider Silliman dormitories, let me first tell you of my personal experiences.. when i was still a first year collge student(im now in 2nd yr), i stayed in Doltz Hall (its an All-men dorm), it has strict policies regarding curfews and bringing illegal things and unauthorized person inside. But what really happens is that, there are frat initiations inside, smoking, drinking and some other things that i would not want to mention. That is why i transferred to an apartment.
