I read in the newspaper today that a law is being disregarded.
All children under 7 years of age are required to wear helmets when riding on a scooter or sidecar (tricycle).
Now they want to make it illegal for anyone under 9 to ride either of these death machines.
If they couldn't enforce the helmet law, what makes them think anyone will pay attention to, or enforce the newer, stricter law?

Sometimes one falls off, but not often.
