Greetings everyone!

Me and my girlfriend have arrived in Dumaguete just yesterday and planning to stay here at least 6-12 months. We are both russians, but both are mixed - she is half Yakut, I'm half Indian

Within last almost 4 years we've been searching for a place to settle in constant travel. We prefer to stay for long terms in every place we visit, to feel the real taste of life in the place. Since 2007 we tried to live in India, Thailand, Indonesia, and within last 6 months - Sagada and El Nido, and all these places were almost perfect for us. But this "almost" is always keeping us in move and we are searching for even better home.

Now it is Dumaguete's turn and until now I like everything! I have serious hopes about this place, since I already decided to settle in Philippines - just need to find the right city.

Little info about me - I'm interested in engines, mostly motorcycles. I prefer to spend more time in a garage then on roads - mechanics is my hobby.
Also I'm trying to be a musician All I know is how to make music in special computer programs but I don't professionally play any instrument and want to study keyboard playing here.
Me and my girlfriend are having quite popular travel blog (by our homeland standards) and a forum. She is a photographer and writer and I'm making videos and holding the technical part, so I know html, css, a bit php and sql, can write some plugins and themes for wordpress, and make some money from Internet.
I will be glad to help somebody who needs help in all these things, or wants to share the experience.

We did already rent a motorcycle and looked 4-5 houses today, and will be looking at least for two days more to find the best option.

If someone can give any advices about good 2bdr houses below 10k pesos, I will appreciate it.

Also if someone from this forum has an old motorcycle, midi keyboard or speakers for sale please let me know.

If someone has a desktop computer and wants to change it to netbook - let's discuss it, because I want to sell my Asus 1002ha and buy a desktop.
