    Just wondering if there is foreign language school offered within Dumaguete City. My friend is willing to learn Japanese language.

    Reckon you'd have better luck with Korean, in Dumaguete. Try Cebu or Manila, more of them there, than here. Have you tried an internet search engine, google/yahoo etc etc?:confused:
