⌛ An Introduction

I will be visiting the Philippines for the first time very soon. Dumaguete is one of the many places I have plans to visit. I look forward to learning more about your wonderful city.

After reading many of the other threads here, I guess I should offer a little more information about myself. Call me Koko - I've lived in a vareity of places throughout the USA, currently living near Albuquerque, New Mexico. I'm retired from the US Air Force. I've been teaching high school for the past eight years, but have decided that the time has come to enjoy life a little more - and perhaps that involves an extended visit to the Philippines.

Hi KoKo, Jack P. here popping up to say welcome Aboard DI, Although 20 years ago now, I retired from The Royal Air Force, perhaps we will have a few things to share as time goes bye. Many here, Don't like war stories and I for one don't give much away but I do like to share the Funnier Side of Service days. Hope you find it all interesting and enlightening here on DI.

Thanks for the welcomes - I have enjoyed the site already, and am getting some better ideas about life in Dumaguete. War stories? nah - I don't live in the past . . . too much of the present to look forward to!!!
