I stopped in once...they told me they did the LASIK procedures in Cebu at Perpetual Succor. Also, their price was higher than Dr. Larrazabal at Cebu Docs. Another clinic in Quezon City often runs promos with even better pricing...

I suggest go to Velez Gen. Hospital in Cebu City. They have a good eye laser clinic, more affordable plus with good doctors too... they always got 1st or 2nd place every year to University of Sto Tomas Medicine Board exams result and that is Cebu Institute of Medicine- Velez College. To save money and time travel, look for their telephone number on the net.
