    Hi,Yes my son will be attending for an ESL or Summer classes at Royal Oaks International School.After finishing his Summer program @ Royal Oaks I'm going to enroll him @ Silliman Elementary grade 2.What do you think?Will you please advice me What are those Private Elementary Schools that's not too much far away from Downtown Dumaguete, preferably I can get an apartment or house for rent since I am not from Dumaguete.

    I suggest SIMON or Negros Oriental Montessori International School more affordable than the school you mentioned and good school for filipino and foreign kids in this city. Telephone

    sorry to butt in, but i heard montessori here is not the same standard in cebu or other places, the owner even loaned the school to some chinese guy who is about to forclose the school last end of january. they gave the owner an extension. The teachers can even be bribed for passing grades

    SU elementary is better, but if you are looking for a cheaper but produces intelligent student try also ABC kiddie Center

    ===> This is an issue, are you sure about this??? Be careful on what you're saying. In my case, I tutor my kids lately personally to pass on the said school. I'm a product of Cebu and Ateneo in Manila. If I were to say, they have the same style of teaching..I mean DECS standard for elementary schools anywhere in the Philippines.
