    to get the facts straight, knowing the suppliers of both I can tell you that you are totally wrong. the cuts the restaurant serves if available is about 2 classes higher than the (not bad) lean meat of the shop.

    Even the more regular Mulwarra Black Angus at the restaurant is a quality you do not get at that shop.

    You better get your info-sources sorted or buy one there to try (you can order different beef cuts at the deli there) before trying to make uninformed totally wrong statements.

    I agree with Rhoody, I have tried both many times. The Food Industries meat is mostly from Brazil and some from Australia, not sure about USDA? Although it is certainly better than Robinson's meat section, it is not nearly the quality served at CB. Bottom line, you get what you pay for, particularly here where we have limited options.
