Sunday Morning at 09:00 am. "American stile", breakfast at the Co Co Grande Hotel Restaurant. No free coffee but if your broke I will be glad to buy you a cup. I want to see as many of you there as possible. I would like to discuss the possibility of starting some kind of organization of foreigners that are married to Filipinos. That is right

A "REAL" American breakfast. 2 eggs, hash browns, ham/bacon and toast bread with butter/jelly. Of corse, coffee and juice to wash it all down with. We have been doing this Sunday breakfast at the Co Co Grande for several months now and I see no end in sight. I love their CRISPY bacon. Richard is the cook and he will do it YOUR WAY even if it is NOT on the menu. We hope to see you all there.

Jim, good idea, but do you really want to restrict this to foreigners that are actually married to a Filipina.? Some of us (like me for instance) are not married and are not in a full-blooded relationship, but we still live amongst Filipinos and are just as capable of making some kind of contribution. As someone who was brought up in a British orphanage in the 1940's/50's, I'm more than willing to give something back to a less fortunate and more needy community.

At the moment I am "flitting" between Bacong and Tambobo Bay, but if being married is not an essential part of the criteria, then I will try to attend.

No, not really. But it will have to be governed by the group members.
It is just an idea at this stage and this can be one of the things that can be worked out at the first get together on Sunday the 17th. @ 09:00. I sure hope that others will show up. It will take more than Maria and myself to get this thing off the ground. I chose the Co Co Grande because we like the breakfast there and can't stand Mac D's coffee or breakfast.
