Hello and Happy Easter Sunday to All!

I just want to know how much time will it takes for Bacolod/Silay Airport to Bacolod City Bus Terminal (Ceres Bus)? Considering I will move out in the airport exactly 18:15 and take a taxi in a normal speed plus Traffic. I will be in the PAL Flight PR135 (MNL-BCD) (Dep: 17:00/Arr: 18:15) and want to catch the Ceres Liner last trip from Bacolod-Dumaguete which leaves from Bacolod at 19:00. It is possible to catch that Ceres Liner last trip for Dumaguete?

    Hoping for all your inputs.

    Regards,
    Joanna

Hi you will still have to get from Silay to the airport. There is a shuttle service from SM and Robinson Bacolod that goes to meet all the flights just add 1hr travel plus the 2hrs you need to check in. I think its about 150php. Hope it has helped

Sorry, your information is incorrect. The bus from Bacolod to Dgte left at 6:15pm last Thursday even though I had ASKED at South Terminal there earlier in the day, and they told me 7pm! Luckily I got on about 6:10 because the bus left 5 minutes later. I arrived in Dgte at midnight.

There is an aircon bus leaving Bacolod at midnight though.

Or at least that's what they told me.

IF your bus leaves at 7PM and the stars are all aligned in your favour...the plane lands on time, you dash out the terminal without luggage, and traffic is normal without accident holdups etc. Than yes, you just might get there by 7PM, with very few minutes to spare. On a Friday or Saturday evening though the traffic on that route is heavier...and I think you would struggle to get there in time.

Hi Joanna. You never asked from Dumaguete, you asked from Bacolod to Silay airport. Thats what I based the reply on.

It would be wiser also if you take the "non stop to kabankalan trip-ceres" so you can catch up the aircon at kabankalan , in cases you we're late for the last trip, you can reach more faster to kabankalan and wait for the aircon there to stop over for a 10mins restroom break. I did that before since aircon keeps on stopping over to fetch passengers in the nearby towns or someone goes down. I hope it works on you too. Good luck!
