    The BPI Bank ATM in the centre of Dumaguete opposite Scoobys is grounded. Took me a while and tingles in my arms to get my cash and card back. Had a little giggling crowd watching me press each button and jump haha... Just a warning ! :smile:

    I think you mean it is not grounded. If it was grounded the electrical shock you experienced would go to ground rather than thru you.

    yeah you become the grounding for the machine and feel the tingle when it has no grounding of its own....All my 120 volt appliances come with ground post on the plug in...But i plug it into non ground wall sockets here in Philipines and things like my microphones send tingles to the lips when singing gets exited...:D
