    While I was inviting some of my family members from abroad to visit Dumaguete and I tour them at Boulevard for 3 nights, they were talking each other and decided to ask me, why Dumaguete young girls prefer to date or marry a senior citizen or matured foreign guys. I cant answer them at that time, my mind was blank...Instead, I told them quickly, hmm... just like mom , she married dad at his late 40's maybe we should ask her when shes around.

    They don't...most of those girls aren't from Dumaguete at all. It's just that the senior citizen foreign guys choose to live in Dumaguete and bring their chosen young wives from all over the Phils there to live with them.

    d_g, you bring up an interesting topic. I'm not sure if "most" of the girls are from outside is accurate, but you got me wondering. Maybe we can survey, I will start. My wife is from Negros, yours?

    Mine was born in Sibulan and Lived in Dumaguette when I met her.

    Rhoody GF is Philippino but his asawa's have 6 strings I think :smile:
