Hi i would like to ask on how strict is L.T.O in dumaguete, i live in Tanjay and i could say that in their using motors to go to school has been a "culture" for us, and i would like to ask does the traffic enforcer their catches underage drivers too? i`m going to live in dumaguete soon alone and sadly i`m still young to have a liscence, i would like to ask on how strict they are and the timeline of their work, I follow street rules and i know how to use the motorcycle properly, i`m not a fast driver and i`ve been taught to drive safely and i would like to ask that is it possible that i could use my motor to go to my school? my motor already is registered and the needed things.

Wishing for no flames from you all and i apologize.

You sound plenty mature KMNAS, I've never, ever heard of drivers here getting in trouble for being underage.
If you have a proper registration, photo ID and ride responsibly, I'd say nobody would bother you and if you did get check-pointed I don't think it would be a big deal.
But have that registration in good shape and up to date. Or you'll be without a bike.

In the UK driving under age is risky, because not only can you be fined for not having a licence also you are not insured against an accident! Think carefully if the same rules apply in Dumaguete, you may regret it the rest of your life.......JB

LTO does set up check points, you might not know when or where but if you are driving without a license, chances are your bike will be impounded and you will get a large fine. If you live close to school walking is healthy. No secret Haa Haa.

Well i`m in a prestigious school and i could say that walking is "not" a thing for me, and i ain`t fat =P, One more question, do Traffic Enforcers in dgte still catch underage children? well i really wanna get a license but sadly i am unable to get one due to my age.

As you are going to a "prestigious school" and are too cool/smart to walk, then why dont you try to abide by the law and not look to break the law? Just a thought but being a law abiding ciitizen is a GOOD thing... I think. Asking if we think you might get caught performing an illegal act is kinda wierd.
So whats wrong with waiting until you can drive legally? Am I missing something but to come to this site to ask how to circumvent the law is totally messed up.
