⌛ I broke my Sony USB driver disc

That came with my Sony Camcorder ten years ago...

It included:

MGI PhotoSuite V8.1

MGI PhotoSuite V1.1

MGI VideoWave III se

As primitive as that PhotoSuite was, it had some features I liked


Does anyone have a similar disc that came with their Sony camcorder I could borrow?

 

Sony's "Picture Package" for Handycam? I'm holding it in my hand right now.
You can have it if you're nice.

 

Mine doesn't say Picture Package. It's mostly a MGI software disc dated 2000 with the Sony USB Driver included

Does yours have the MGI software? I can get it copied if it does.

I don't think that's going to help. The disc came with the Sony camcorder in 2001. So it wasn't something included with the XP.

It'd help if I needed to know something about that old camcorder, but I'm just interested in that antiquated MGI photo software that had a few good points.

I've still got it on my other laptop. Is there some way I can copy it off my HP to install on my Vaio?

My disc is cracked from the center to the outer rim. I assume I can't use it anymore?

 

Obviously you didn't go to the link. Driverguide has over 1.5 million drivers, for most anything ever made. They list 232 drivers for Sony camcorders. Stop surfin and pay attention.

That's cute, but like I said it's mostly a MGI disc with three versions of their software, plus the Sony USB driver. The camcorder isn't even functioning anymore. Why would Sony still have MGI stuff?

I'll look again
