Not to confused the issue but my impression from what I read.....The Pinoy was married for 21 years to presumably another Pinay.....they obtained a stateside divorce..... and the idiot....at 52..... married a stateside 27 year old Pinay..... he looked like five miles of bad road..... she was very attractive..... He was going broke.... she was going to school....
While she sat with a handsome married kid her own age.....in a university parking lot .....at night 8 PM.... the husband walked up and shot both of them and then shot himself
No proof of infidelity.....but obviously the OLD man was not happy with them

The legality here in the Philippines was never an issue......Filipinos are VERY emotional generally.....VERY proud...... I am sure if I reverted to my old "doggish " ways.... my wife would be sorely tempted to shoot my butt also......

 

If this is in terms of what Jack and I were discussing that was in regards to Newbies situation not that original story

as to the situation here.....been my experience that money buys legality..... I know at least one Pinay who married twice and never got a divorce..... she is in America with her American husband and sends money back here to her Filipino husband..... saw a man kill a total of eight Filipinos while driving drunk... (two separate accidents)..... bought his way out of jail.....
You can literally get away with murder here..... so some "adjustment" of the marriage laws is not a big surprise.....

 

there are forums that when you open a thread it takes you to the last post you read automatically. I have gotten confused here myself with the way this one works

 

My point/story was easy to understand to those people who wanna understand. I'm just describing a scenario without exposing both parties name for privacy reasons. Hmm...just like kojak...describing somebody...I believe its an another situation. Whether my story is original or someone mentioned here that its not. It doesn't matter,as the saying goes , history repeats itself unless you're from another planet...that's another story. Adultery stories are everywhere, it could happened to anybody and no one can guess no matter how perfect a relationship can be and as been always told, nobody is perfect unless you're God! Peace!
