    So... no need to travel out of the RP and return every two months?

    I must have missed something. Every other bit of data I've read calls for travel out of RP and return to renew.

    No need to travel out of the country every two months, unless you call a trip to Dumaguete out of the country. You can extend your tourist visa (every two months) for up to 2 years without leaving the Philippines. Then you must leave and re-enter to star again. You must have mis-read the data, as I have never seen anything that said you must leave every two months.

    If you are married to a Filipina, entering with her and availing of the balikbayan program is probably one of your better options. Then you can process the 13A here.
