Does disrespect come in to play here ?

Making comments like "old geezers" and " like shooting fish in a barrel " ? Maybe I'm wrong , but I think that is total disrespect to many Philippinas , including my wife and to many of the elders that are on this site that have elected to move to the Philippines to marry or not . Lets not forget also that many of these same " geezers " have served their country as well , including myself . I don't believe anything was taken out of context . The statement was made and it was made out of total disrespect . I really don't care what the reason was behind it nor what the motives were . And Pedro I have to agree with you and if I was there to help you , I'de help remove your foot from your mouth and put it where it belongs . This is a very nice web site with plenty of good info , ideas and opinions. Maybe some should try to keep the condesending and offending opinions to themselves . If your miserable in your life , keep it to yourself and try not to judge others that strive to be happy . Respectfully , ....Carl

if your wife was Jewish and you were not would it be appropriate to make cracks about it? If your wife was black and you were not would it be appropriate to make cracks about it? Why is it considered fair game to make cracks about a man's wife based on her age? Far as i am concerned its just as bigoted an attitude as the others.
