    I've been trying to get online access for over a week with this bank. Every time I sign up, then wait the two days for access, it tells me Invalid User ID.

    Calling the main office just has me talking to someone who then manages to disconnect me.

    :mad:

    I'm going to have to switch banks. This is going nowhere..

    But Filipinos don't get mad or confused by it all, do they?

    Actually i found out our two separate ATM cards are for one account...duh. You can't sign up to accesses to one one account, so it was cancelling one out as I signed up the second one.
