    Hi,

My gf and I are planning a beach trip around the end of August but I am concerned about the weather.
I am living in Dgte and visited both Bohol and Siquijor 2 years ago around March, but I have no idea how these places will be during the rainy season and also I would like to discover other more remote destinations if the weather is better.

    Any ideas?

    Sipalay!

Nobody can tell you what the weather will be like. I can tell you that if it is raining these places will be wet, if not, they won't.

This year we had a wet dry season..... We never really know, it is a day by day thing here. Rain coats and rubber boots can come in handy during your visit. Hope you only need to use bathing suits and tanning oil/ protection. Enjoy your trip!

I second that Larry.... Sipalay ( Sugar Beach ) would also be My choice for a weeks stay on the Beach in Negros.. Takatuka, Bermuda or Sulu Sunset. Anyone of those Resorts would suit Me just fine....cheers

Wifey doesn't have to go to school next week, so we're off to Negros for another fact finding mission. (Still dreaming of buying/leasing property down there, hopefully by next year)

We'll have to spend a day or 3 at Sugar Beach.

    Thanks for the tip-
