MikeJW, welcome to our forum. You are asking a very broad question. Perhaps you can get better info narrowing your criteria to size, location, rent or buy. As JB commented, you can have a look at threads here and you will see a lot of rentals go for 15,000 pesos with some being less and some being more. Buying a house has a wide range again depending on what are your needs. Good luck and hope you move here.

 

Hi JB etc, I wanted to put the usual boring background in my profile - maybe I'm a secret blonde ? :o Or maybe need a higher post count ? - never mind time and the little grey cells will work it out In the meantime we are as said married, currently living in New Zealand, my wife Pureza (Purity) born in Zambaoga, lived Cebu, family currently living in Laguna, Luzon but also are ex Dumaguete. I am retired now and we are looking to relocate with a 6 months or so commute. I am a former Publican (Hotels, Taverns, Restaurants, Nightclubs) a chef, a hobby gardener, brewer and distiller. Purity has an Accounting Degree but neither of us is looking for work :p I drink SM, wife does not

There are 2 houses and lots for sale in silliman Heights subd. I personally know the owners of these houses. Price range for these houses is 1M-1.5M.
