⌛ Hello all!!

Hi everyone, just thought I would say hello. Just re-visited dumaguete after six years and it is even better than I remember. Certainly the traffic is busier but its just the same clean, safe and friendly place I remember. Lots of new shopping opportunities, which must make the local ladies happy?
I live primarily in Pattaya in thailand, 7+ years now, but I got a Resident Retirement Visa about 18 months ago and have been travelling around RP looking for a place to consider establishing a "second" or is that third, residence.
Nice to be hear among the gentle people, some of the boards I am on are anything but gentle !!

 

:D Hi Biggles, welcome aboard, sometimes it's nice to find gentle people and I hope that you decide to stick around. The Captain, Rhoody runs a tight ship and keeps things that way ( he just banned himself!) :D

Biggles, welcome to the DI forum. Have you had an opportunity to compare cost of housing between Pattaya and Dgte? What would you pay to rent a decent two bedroom apartment or house there?
What is your home country? Cheers

 

Thanks mate, in cebu today and heading back to angeles to meet up with friends but will certainly keep up with whats happening down here.
