Basically any floor plan will do, it is the construction blueprint and materials you need to be concerned about.
A decent house builder here should be able to build what you want and convert it to the cheaper Filipino style if that is what you really want.
Just google "4 bedroom floor plans" and a lot of free ones will pop up, print the one (or ones) you want and you should be ready to shop for a builder who can help you.

 

Hi yen, I know the problem you have on the Web Page issue. We searched for ages and found nothing of any use. If it is any help to you, Please use my Floor plan for ideas. It is for a 3 Bed+ Maid and 2 baths. At 140 sq mt. It will I am sure, give you some ideas. Should you go a little bigger then rearranging things will do the job I guess. Anyway, best of luck.
