    I use it at work in the U.S. It works great and I was wondering if it works/will work in the Philippines. IP speed should be 1 up and 1 down. Similar to what's needed for most VOIP connections. It is free to use to make free calls to anywhere in the U.S. including to cell phones!

    US only!

    :( Apparently, it is only available in The US, I have tried here in Spain and the same message comes up " NOT AVAILBALE IN YOUR COUNTRY" Then an after message came up and said, only available in the US. Shame, I have heard good reports.

    Last year, I tried using it here in the Philippines...but there was a noticed says free call promo will only be till december 2010, i dont know if they extend it. I used it before to call my clients in the US.

    call quality is actually good. tried calling my aunt in florida a couple of times on her landline using google voice here in duma.

    yes, its still available, i use it to call to u.s. and canada for free, landline and cellphone

    i used google voice since early of this year... google voice will be of service to anybody calling the US and Canada until 2012. i used google voice thru gmail service. install the plugin and there you go. i used google voice to call my gf in the US. its pretty good and better because it is free and you can call ordinary telephone in the US.
    Voice quality is so on the average if compared to skype but it is free. that is what makes the difference. only that you have to have a good internet speed to use it. use the internet without anybody disturbing your network specially you tube that will mostly catch most of the mb's in the internet. i sometimes experienced dropped calls due to busy network due to people sharing my network. but if you are only the one is using the network then it is good. google voice calls to the US sometimes get cut off every 2 hours. i dont know what is the reason but you can call again.. the best thing about google is it is until 2012. use it and enjoy it till it last...... cheers!
