    Unsa man gud diay ang maayong pritong manok dri sa syudad sa Dumaguete? Unsa pud maayo kung sinugba na manok? Unsa pud pinaka lami na baked na manok ? tudlo-e ko kay bag-o pako dri. daghan salamat. Ayan...very fuent in Cebuano... ayos! :smile:

    I'm still partial to Jing jings Manok on the highway in front of the Black Pearl. Just hope it's still open when I come back. Had Chooks before, but I must've caught them on a bad though cause it was a little salty. I'll have to give themanother try. Maybe I chose the wrong location.I think it was near colon extention.. Cheers

    City Burger or "CB" is the best grilled chicken in Duma imho :wink:

    (You can find CB at corner San Jose St and Real St fronting Petron station)

    I haven't found any that come even close to the marinated chicken my wife cooks on our BBQ. :D

    Rechel, remember me, im nalyn....How about learn how to cook special fried chicken...SAyon ra kaau.....kung gusto ka maka learn tagaan tkaw recipe.... Mao ni ang recipe:

    Ingredients:
    a.) 1 kilo of chicken (ipa chop lng daan pwded pd palit lng kag puro wings, legs or thighs..
    b.) 5 tables spoon of vinegar
    c.) 5 tables spoon of brown sugar
    d.) 2 sachet of magic sarap
    e.)5 tables spoon of salt
    f.) 3 lemon
    g.) 2 eggs
    h.) vegetable oil or bsan unsa nga mantika
    i.) 1/8 flour
    j.) 1 small sachet of crispy fry or bread crumbs


    Procedures:
    1. Marinate 2 hours the a to f.....
    2. Mix the marinated to g and i.....
    3. Put bread crumbs and read to fry...


    Ana pagkasayon....

    madahan dili ko ka numdum nimo.. amiga ta diba?
    nalyn salamat kaayo sa imong recipe.
    kabalo pud ko muluto ana.. pareho ta og recipe pero na-a gamay nga pag ka dipirensya kay akon gamitun dugos (Honey) og beers kun ganahan ko murag tam-is tam-is. hehehhehehe.. pero akon lang iton buhaton basta kon wala koy asukar hehehehe dugos nalang .... nya lami og humot kaayo.

    nangutana lang ko diri sa forum kay para kon mo order ko pa deliver kabalo na ko asa ko manawag.. ma-o nangutana ko... pero salamat sa tanan nga nitubag og niambit sa ilang mga nabal-an...

    jing jing lechon manok

    jing jing is still operating as of yesterday; spit roasted chicken stuffed with lemon grass : )
    i asked if they used any sauce/sweetener/something or other on the chicken but the attendant didn't understand me but i'll ask my secretary to find out.

    I think what I like about it most is the hint of ginger, or maybe as you stated it's the lemongrass.. Liempo not bad either, but I do prefer Negros chicken or Dumaguete chicken ( I forget what it's called) across from the center of the marketplace on real street for the Liempo..
