Cool pics! I know the Mabinay area well, haven't seen the "screwy" coconut palm tree before though.

 

Funky coconut palms

We took more than a 1,200 pics plus video on the last trip :D

Its on the left going from Mabinay to Duma

Here's another angle, between houses, just around the corner from the other pic


We took the pics on the way from Duma to Mabinay.
Here is a clue, it was shortly after this point:

This point is climbing just after a hair pin bend (with road works which may be finished by now).

There are concrete blocks on the side of the road where we took the 1st pic with diagonal lines on them. You will be going downhill if going towards Mabinay.
