Where can I find Oliver or another competent tattoo artist in Dumaguete.
The tenth anniversary of 9/11 is coming soon and I would like to get a memorial tattoo for the 343 brother Fire Fighters who died that day.

Kenny, there is a good Artist that visits the Rizal Boulevard each Month, Did you see him? I am reliably informed he is Good, not tried him but worth a look!

Update on Oliver's Tattoo Parlor

As Jmreyes said Oliver's Tattoo Parlor is located on the third floor of the Twin Arcades Building, on Perdices just South of Silliman Ave. The phone number is 0905-606-9458. They open at 2pm. Oliver is out of town but will be back by the end of the month. He is already heavily booked so you might want to call ahead.

As I wanted to get my Tat on 9/11, I couldn't wait for Oliver to return. Fortunately one of his assistants, Marbo, opened the shop special for me on Sun 9/11 and I think he did a good job. I will attempt to attach a couple photos.
