    :confused: I guess I should know the answer to this but I don't, talking to a new member here tonight, raised a question in my mind. now, the 3 little buisnesses, Azon and I have, are of course, hers, converting to a 60/40 was never, even thought about, What requirements, are needed, for a foreigner, with No Pinay wife and not, in any sort of Co-op or consortium, need?

    Larry gots the grammer wrong, he writes:

    "The only requirement is a modest investment of US $2 million or more"..

    In Visay-glish, he shoulda said:

    "The modest requirement is an investment of ONLY $2 million or more"

    See the difference?

    A price amount is always preceded by the adjective, "only".
