    We* have tried two toasters from Robinson's without much luck. The first one cost over p2100 and burned one side of a piece of bread to smoking while leaving the other side almost medium.

    This last one we came back with tonight for P600 after they allowed us to trade in the defective one, wasn't any better. Only on it's very lightest setting does it produce a nice golden singe to the bread.

    I think I'll take it back and try another lest this one start to degrade and no longer yield the perfect toast.

    Who's calibrating these things?

    (*my wife and I-so I can use the term)

    :eek: Ever thought about Changing the Bread, apparently, there is a good Baker in DGTE, unnamed as yet!

    Thank you Sir, I do Sir and it seems your toaster works very well.
    People get what they deserve and for some it already starts in the morning with a crappy toast :wink:
