At the beach I wrapped a towel around me after watching all the other people doing it. I thought I was smart. I tied a knot in the towel then with a smart @ss grin on my face I reached under and pulled off my swim shorts with everyone watching~ to make a long story short, it turned out I was standing there naked and a red face. Joke joke:D

What sort of priveledged up-bringing did you lot have ??? Swimming costumes ?? You mean special clothes that your parents bought for you just so that you could wear them in the water ??? Oh my !!! Us Barnardo kids never knew such luxuries during the bombed out late 40's and early 50's. hehehehehe We used to lurk behind the sports pavilion of the rich kids boarding school and when it was all clear the smallest one amongst us would climb through the window and "borrow" as many running shorts as possible, passing them out of the window to eagerly waiting hands. We'd them wear them to go and splash about in the river, as we never had the money to pay to go in to the municipal swimming pool. When we'd finished, we got changed in to our dry clothes and left all the wet running shorts in a pile on the steps of the pavilion, then ran like the clappers through the woods to the home, arriving very clean and with dry clothes.

Getting modestly changed, on a beach, and with the luxury of a towel ? Oh my goodness. How the other half lived. It's often brought a wry smile to my face, but I've never once had a pang of guilt over it. :D:D
