⌛ Ems

i've searched the forum and i can't find an answer online so i'm posting here.
i'm thinking of ordering a flat screen monitor of off ebay (USA) and the korean seller, with excellent feedback, offers free shipping via EMS to the fils. my question is, does EMS deliver *in* the fils or does the parcel get passed off to Philpost or??? i'd trust LBC but can Philpost be trusted to deliver? i've written the seller several times but can't get a strait answer out of him, maybe that's a clue? : )

Well I can tell you that there is an EMS delivery truck (and a motorcycle) here that I see occasionally.

Like Shadow, I also has seen a EMS delivery truck up here on the highway going through "DreAMLANd" towards Tanjay.
