    Looking for a home

I have spent the last 3 or more years in Tagaytay and recommend it. Not all houses are P40K/mo. but that is what you would expect for a lake view. I paid P8,500/mo. for a 2 BR house near Mendez Crossing Tagaytay which has a new mini SM (SaveMore) and about anything you ever need, except of course, hardware that is impossible to find in Philippines anywhere.

I will possibly be moving to Bukidnon when I return from Saudi after Christmas but that is not because of any dissatisfaction with Tagaytay but rather with a relationship gone bad. I hear that the place where I will meet a lady is also mountainous & will hope the temps are reasonable, although I expect nothing as nice as Tagaytay in regards to temps.

Hi Eddy. Am considering a move to the PH in 2012. Was looking at Duma,CDO,Cebu,Daveo,Bacolod. Now I heard about Tagaytay. Could I find a rental for a single guy, one bedroom furnished for around $300.00 USD per month? If so is there any nightlife around?
    Thanks

Eddy, great choice to live in Tagatay, one of my favorite places. I would live there if I could afford it and my wife would leave her family here, but I'm batting 0 for 2 on both of those. I loved Antonios and Sonya's Garden restaurants. Enjoy.

Er, bit of a delayed answer. The op posted this in 2007, 4 years ago. :p

Good catch Roger. It would be interesting if eddy is still a member to share his views of Tagatay 4 yrs later.
