i went to panglao last nov 3rd... i stayed in lost horizon... i think its cheaper than the other resorts..
panglao is very far from tagbilaran... though its cheaper than riding a van... i think its a lot stressing to ride a trike that long..
ive been to bohol last november 3rd.. its very nice there... we stayed at The Lost Horizon Beach Resort in Panglao.. we just rented a van to tour...
