The up side is Black is possibly the easiest colour to match, down side if they polish it wrong it is the easiest colour to get buff swirl marks....

Dave I am going to disagree with you on the stud size. The light gauge stud frame is used in many countries that have a much higher regulations...
I am a fan of the steel stud and also EVG and if build in PI would more than likely build that way.
Shawn looks like its coming along nicely. Are light gauge studs easy to buy in Pi and do any company's make prefab stud walls and trusses....
