FYI -- It's now called "The Black Pearl" and no longer Coyotes. We live very near there, and it does seem very quiet/empty as we pass by on a trike.
I love the fiestas and revelry -- people out celebrating, singing, dancing and ENJOYING LIFE... sure didn't see that on a regular basis in the U.S.
They are working very hard on the Mall -- I saw a sign today that noted something (restaurant or bar?) is opening in a day or two for business......
